- Private practice with mixed plan and PAYG patients and continually growing
- Significant demand for treatment for restorative dentistry, implants, orthodontics and IV sedation as training progresses

- Hygienist and therapist support to maximise care and efficiency
- Treatment co-ordinator to support and organise your patient flow and diary management
- Full clinical/management support – Full treatment plan support from clinical director David
- Fully computerised with SOE, digital radiography etc
- Financial support to begin your training with a Diploma or MSc course

- Maintain patient confidentiality and put patients first at all times
- Work with the team to ensure that every patient leaves the practice after their appointment having a 5-star experience
- Welcoming patients with a big smile and reassuring manner
- Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments in accordance with the practice policies
- Collect and record patient payments
- Carry out routine house-keeping procedures
- Liaise with dental laboratories and other suppliers
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Candidates must have:-
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills, previous experience of working at a busy Practice in a customer focused organisation desired
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Able to build strong relationships with the practice team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use IT and operate a computer based systems, experience of using Software of Excellence is desired
